How this works

Government money for a small business is spread across hundreds of schemes, dozens of departments and every state. Most people never find the one meant for them — not because they do not qualify, but because nobody tells them it exists.

This site holds 767 schemes across 36 states and union territories, and answers one question: given who you are and what you want to build, what money exists and what do you do next?

Where the information comes from

Every scheme is captured from an official source — myscheme.gov.in, a ministry site, or a state department — and stored with the page it came from. Nothing here is written from memory, and no figure is invented to fill a gap.

Scraped records are marked as drafts until a person has read the source and confirmed them. A draft is still shown to you, because a scheme you can go and verify yourself is more useful than one we hide until it is perfect.

What the labels on a number mean

Quoted: Taken word-for-word from the scheme order or the department's own page. A percentage or an amount shown as quoted is what the source says, not our arithmetic.
Calculated: Arithmetic we did on numbers you gave us — an EMI, a margin, a subsidy share of a project cost. The inputs are shown alongside so you can check the sum.
Our estimate: A judgement where the source is silent but a range is genuinely useful. Labelled as an estimate everywhere it appears, and never presented as an entitlement.
Not known: We have no verified source. We print the gap instead of guessing. This is the label we are most careful about — a plausible-sounding invention in a money product is worse than an admitted blank.

Why some sections are empty

On an opportunity page you will see headings with nothing under them — insurance, equipment, training, market linkages. Those are not broken. We have not yet found a source we trust for them, so we name the gap rather than fill it with something that reads well and might be wrong.

The same applies to eligibility. Where a scheme's conditions are not published in a form we can check, we say so instead of implying you qualify.

What we are not

We are not the government, not a bank, and not an agent. We cannot sanction a loan or release a subsidy, and we never charge a citizen to apply. If someone promises you a guaranteed approval for a fee, that is not us and it is not how these schemes work. Final eligibility is decided by the sanctioning authority, every time.
