DETAILS The scheme "To Provide Interest Subvention to Fishermen of the State at the Rate of 4% to the Beneficiaries Kishan Credit Card" introduced by the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Department, Gujarat, aims to provide interest subvention to fishermen who avail short-term loans under the Kisan Credit Card scheme. If the loan is repaid on time, the beneficiaries receive a 4% interest relief, which helps reduce their financial burden and support sustainable fisheries-based livelihoods. The benefit can be claimed once per financial year.
