• ◦ Copies of PAN Card, Voters Identity, Ration Card, Aadhar Card, and Bank Pass Book for All the Promoters.
• ◦ Copy of Partnership Deed and Acknowledgement of Registrar of Firms (In the Case of Partnership Firm).
• ◦ Copy of Site and Building Plan Approved by PPA (2 Copies).
• ◦ Copy of the Sale Deed for the Work Site.
• ◦ Detailed Project Report on the Project.
• ◦ Estimate for Building and Other Civil Works from the Approved Panel Valuers of PIPDIC.
• ◦ Investigation Fee Payment Proof:
• ◦ List of Equipments Proposed to be Purchased for Hotel, Kalyanamandabam, Community Hall, Commercial Complex, or Commercial Godown.
• ◦ Memorandum and Articles of Association (In the Case of Private Limited Company).
• ◦ Two Comparative Quotations from Standard Suppliers for All the Above Equipments Proposed (Original Quotations to be Produced).
