The applicant must be living below the poverty line. The applicant annual income must not exceed ₹15,975/- in rural areas and ₹21,206/- in urban areas. The applicant must not be a defaulter of any bank or financial institution. The applicant must not have availed any subsidy from any government scheme earlier. The applicant must possess a commercial driving license.
