It supports sustainable agriculture through water conservation, especially for horticultural practices. BENEFITS Unit cost of construction: ₹1,00,000/- per tank. For General category farmers: 50% subsidy, up to ₹50,000/-. For SC/ST farmers: 75% subsidy, up to ₹75,000/-. ELIGIBILITY The applicant must be a farmer. The applicant must be a resident of Gujarat. The applicant must plan to construct a cemented water storage tank of at least 25.50 cubic meters capacity. Note: Cemented mature water tanks, drip set mandatory.
