Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Cooperative Finance Corporation (APSCCFC, est. 1974) provides back-ended subsidy on bank-linked self-employment / economic support units for Scheduled Caste families below the poverty line. Subsidy is 60% of the unit cost subject to a maximum of ₹1,00,000 (whichever is less) per GO Ms.No.101, SW(SCP-1). Units are grouped into Category I (up to ₹3 lakh), Category II (₹3.01–5 lakh) and Category III (₹5.01–10 lakh); the balance over subsidy is a bank loan with ~5% beneficiary contribution. All applications are registered online through the OBMMS portal.
